Joe is a retired Army Green Beret who has over 15 year in the public and private sector. Joe graduated from Greenville, Ohio and went on to obtain his Doctorate of Strategic Security from the Nation American University – School of Henley Putnam. He is a longtime resident of Ohio and wishes to continue to support the local communities.
